本隐私政策由广东大仟三维打印有限公司（英文名 Guangdong Daqian 3D Printing Co., Ltd.， 以下简称「我们」）制定，适用于我们的 3D 打印机随机移动端应用（以下简称「本应用」）以及本网站。 我们说明：我们收集哪些信息、为什么收集、如何使用与保存、与谁共享，以及你可以怎样查阅、更正和删除这些信息。 This Privacy Policy is issued by Guangdong Daqian 3D Printing Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). It applies to the mobile application that accompanies our 3D printers (the “App”) and to this website. It explains what we collect, why, how we use and retain it, with whom we share it, and how you can access, correct or delete it.
一、我们收集哪些信息 1. Information we collect
- 设备标识与型号信息：打印机的设备编号、型号、固件版本、主板序列号。用于把 App 与你的打印机配对、 判断固件是否需要更新，以及在你申请售后时定位设备。 Device identifiers and model information — the printer's device ID, model, firmware version and mainboard serial number. Used to pair the App with your printer, to determine whether a firmware update is available, and to identify the machine when you request support.
- 网络连接信息：打印机与手机在局域网内的 IP 地址、连接状态与在线时长。用于发现设备、建立连接和排查故障。 Network connection information — local IP addresses, connection state and online duration for the printer and the phone. Used to discover the device, establish a connection and diagnose problems.
- 打印任务与设备状态：打印进度、喷头与热床温度、耗材状态、报错信息。用于在 App 里显示状态、发送控制指令，以及在你同意时推送打印完成提醒。 Print job and device status — progress, nozzle and bed temperatures, filament status and error messages. Used to display status in the App, to send control commands, and — with your consent — to notify you when a print finishes.
- 摄像头画面：打印机摄像头的实时画面，仅用于你在 App 内查看打印过程。 Camera feed — the live view from the printer's camera, used only so that you can watch the print from the App.
- 你主动提交的信息：联系我们时提供的邮箱、电话、问题描述、照片或视频。 Information you give us — the email address, phone number, problem description, photos or videos you provide when contacting support.
我们不收集：通讯录、短信、通话记录、相册、精确定位、麦克风录音，以及你在手机上安装的其他应用列表。 We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, your photo library, precise location, microphone recordings, or the list of other apps installed on your phone.
二、系统权限及其用途 2. Permissions and why we ask
- 相机：仅用于扫描设备上的二维码以完成配对。我们不通过相机拍摄或上传照片。 Camera — used solely to scan the QR code on the device for pairing. We do not take or upload photos through the camera.
- 本地网络：用于在同一局域网内发现并直连打印机。若你拒绝此权限，App 将无法连接打印机。 Local network — used to discover and connect to the printer on the same LAN. If you decline, the App cannot connect to the printer.
- 通知：用于发送打印完成、耗材用尽、设备异常等提醒。可随时在系统设置中关闭。 Notifications — used for print-complete, filament-out and error alerts. You can turn these off at any time in system settings.
- 照片：仅在你主动选择「保存到相册」时写入你拍摄或生成的图片；我们不会读取你的相册。 Photos — we only write an image when you explicitly choose “Save to Photos”; we never read your photo library.
三、信息如何被使用与传输 3. How information is used and transmitted
在同一局域网内使用时，App 与打印机之间直接通信，设备状态与摄像头画面不经过我们的服务器。 When used on the same local network, the App communicates directly with the printer; device status and camera video do not pass through our servers.
当你使用远程查看或远程控制功能时，App 与打印机通过我们的中转服务器建立加密连接。此时 设备编号、连接凭据、设备状态与摄像头画面会经由该服务器转发。转发内容不落盘、不用于其他目的，仅在连接存续期间保持。 When you use remote viewing or remote control, the App and the printer establish an encrypted connection through our relay server. In that case the device ID, connection credentials, device status and camera video are relayed by that server. Relayed content is not written to disk, is not used for any other purpose, and is held only for the lifetime of the connection.
我们不会将上述信息用于广告投放、用户画像，也不会出售你的个人信息。 We do not use this information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.
四、信息共享与对外提供 4. Sharing
除下列情形外，我们不会向第三方提供你的个人信息： We do not provide your personal information to third parties except:
- 已取得你的明确同意； with your explicit consent;
- 为提供你请求的服务而必须委托的服务商（例如云服务器与网络中转服务），且其仅能按我们的指示处理数据； service providers engaged to deliver a feature you requested (for example cloud hosting and network relay services), which may process the data only on our instructions;
- 依据法律法规、司法或行政机关的强制性要求。 where required by law, or by a binding order of a judicial or administrative authority.
五、保存期限与存储地点 5. Retention and location
设备状态与连接信息仅在为你提供服务所需的期间内保存。售后沟通记录在你最后一次联系我们之后保存不超过 24 个月，以便处理后续的同一问题。数据存储在中国境内的服务器上。 Device status and connection information are retained only as long as needed to provide the service. Support correspondence is kept for no more than 24 months after your last contact, so that we can handle follow-ups on the same issue. Data is stored on servers located in mainland China.
六、你的权利 6. Your rights
你可以随时要求查阅、更正、复制或删除我们持有的与你有关的个人信息，也可以要求我们停止处理或注销相关账号。 请通过本政策末尾的方式联系我们，我们将在 15 个工作日内答复。 You may at any time request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop processing it or to close the relevant account. Contact us using the details at the end of this policy; we will respond within 15 working days.
删除账号：如果你的账号与打印机绑定，你也可以在 App 内「设置 → 账号 → 注销账号」中直接注销； 注销后我们会删除或匿名化与该账号关联的个人信息，法律法规要求保留的除外。 Account deletion — if your account is linked to a printer, you can also delete it directly in the App under Settings → Account → Delete account. We will then delete or anonymise the personal information associated with that account, except where retention is required by law.
七、未成年人 7. Children
本应用面向成年用户，不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童，我们也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。若你认为我们无意中收集了 儿童信息，请联系我们删除。 The App is intended for adult users and is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it.
八、信息安全 8. Security
我们采用传输加密（TLS）、访问控制与最小权限等措施保护你的信息。但请理解，任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全。 请妥善保管你的设备连接凭据；如怀疑泄露，可在打印机控制界面重新生成。 We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and least privilege. Please understand that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Keep your device credentials safe; if you suspect they have leaked, you can regenerate them from the printer's control interface.
九、本政策的变更 9. Changes to this policy
我们可能会更新本政策。有实质性变更时，我们会在本页面更新「最近更新」日期，并在必要时通过 App 内提示另行告知。 We may update this policy. For material changes we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App as well.
