本条款由广东大仟三维打印有限公司（英文名 Guangdong Daqian 3D Printing Co., Ltd.， 以下简称「我们」）制定，适用于本网站（addmaxlab.com）以及我们随 3D 打印机提供的移动端应用、 切片软件与设备固件（以下合称「本服务」）。访问本网站或使用本服务，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。 These terms are issued by Guangdong Daqian 3D Printing Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) and apply to this website (addmaxlab.com) and to the mobile application, slicing software and device firmware we supply with our 3D printers (together, the “Service”). By accessing this website or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

本网站上的文字、图片、标识、版面设计与软件均为我们或相关权利人所有，受著作权、商标权等法律保护。 你可以为个人了解产品之目的浏览与打印本网站内容；未经书面许可，不得复制、修改、转载或用于商业用途。 Text, images, logos, layout and software on this website are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print the content for your own personal product research; you may not copy, modify, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

三、软件许可 3. Software licence
我们就随机软件授予你一项非独占、不可转让的许可，仅供你配合我们所售的打印机使用。 你不得对本服务进行反向工程、反编译、拆解，不得绕过其中的安全或授权机制，也不得将其用于违法用途。 本服务包含的开放源代码组件依其各自许可证提供。 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the accompanying software solely with printers purchased from us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, circumvent its security or licensing mechanisms, or use it for unlawful purposes. Open-source components included in the Service are provided under their respective licences.
四、使用规范 4. Acceptable use
使用本服务时，你不得：
- 打印违法、侵权、危险或危害他人的物品，包括武器、违禁品或侵犯他人知识产权的内容； print unlawful, infringing, dangerous or harmful items, including weapons, prohibited goods, or content that infringes the intellectual property of others;
- 干扰或破坏本服务的正常运行，或试图未经授权访问他人设备、账号或数据； interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another person's device, account or data;
- 将设备连接凭据转让、出售或公开给无关第三方。 transfer, sell or publicly disclose your device credentials to unrelated third parties.

3D 打印涉及高温、运动部件与电气设备，存在烫伤、夹伤与火灾风险。 请按随机说明书操作，在通风、远离可燃物的环境中使用，并在打印过程中保持看护。因未遵守说明书造成的损失，我们不承担责任。 3D printing involves high temperatures, moving parts and electrical equipment, and carries risks of burns, pinching and fire. Follow the supplied manual, operate in a ventilated area away from flammable materials, and supervise the machine while printing. We are not liable for loss caused by failure to follow the manual.
六、责任限制 6. Limitation of liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接损失、附带损失、利润损失或数据丢失不承担责任。 我们就本服务承担的全部责任，以你为该产品实际支付的价款为限。法律另有强制性规定的除外。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
七、服务变更与终止 7. Changes and termination
我们可能更新、暂停或终止本服务的部分功能。涉及远程功能的服务若停止提供，我们会提前在本网站公告， 并保证已售设备的本地打印功能不受影响。 We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. If a remote feature is discontinued we will announce it on this website in advance; local printing on devices already sold will not be affected.
八、适用法律与争议解决 8. Governing law and disputes
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的， 提交我们住所地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。 These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from them shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of domicile.
